As I look at the overall design of Samsung FAQ, it seems relatively clean and straightforward since the user can immediately tell where the important headings areas there are so many font sizes and colors. For example, it is easy to find the 1:1 inquiry as it is one of the three tabs you can click into when using Samsung FAQ. The fonts help the user have an easier time looking for important information they need rather than searching for it for hours. Another unique aspect of Samsung FAQ is that there is a drop-down menu for all the services that Samsung offers. Instead of the user trying to find a particular software problem, they do not have to scroll down but instead go to that specific section. Once you are able to see the software problem section, Samsung lets you know that it is also broken down to specific problems you may have, such as installations or connections. The user can find answers that are in their software and problem section. Not only that, but Samsung even has a feature where they would tell the user how many problems are in each area. For example, if a user goes to the galaxy wearable section under connections, there are only three questions. On the other hand, when the user wants to see all the questions made by Samsung, they aren't in order by problems or by sections. It can help the user instead of clicking a particular section; they can save time by simply clicking the first few questions that pop up on the page. Another excellent aspect is that the user is able to see the questions, and once finding the one they need, they can click the question where it would drop down the answers. Although, it does not let you see two answers at the same time if needed. For example, if someone needs to see both answers but are far apart from each other, they will have to scroll up or down in order to find it and see its answers, and they may lose the question depending on how far they are from each other. Another helpful feature from Samsung FAQ is that they do not answer from only Samsung phones but on both non-Samsung and IOS devices. They have both answers apart, so if someone with an IOS device is looking at Samsung software and needs help, they will look under the IOS devices once they find the questions they need an answer to. Once they find their answers, the users can offer feedback so Samsung can improve their questions and try to make their answers as effective as possible. Under the 1:1 inquire tab shows the users that if the FAQ does not answer their question, they can personally ask a user representative for help and what options are available for their situation. Along with Attachments, the user can send in pictures or other information to support and help their situation when talking to the representatives. Samsung also offers their contact numbers for the users so they can directly call the representatives. However, it is limited to specific services and the "my questions' tab, which would bring you back answers to the questions you may have asked in the past. Lastly, there is a language drop menu where anyone can change it to the language they need when reading the FAQs. Overall, Samsung FAQ is very effective with free minors problems that shouldn't bother the user.
